We run regular Fartlek sessions on Monday evenings at 7pm, from April to September, we meet at the Magazine Fort Car Park in the Phoenix Park (map here, green pins). Fartlek is a Swedish term which mean’s “speedplay”, training involves varying distance, speed and terrain to help improve a runners speed.
